After getting your quote and signing up for service, we will call to schedule an initial cleanup and start weekly service based on your location. We will have you access via our customer portal and set up all the info to make service seamless. We provide texts before and after clean up so you have peace of mind. Billing is done at the start of each month via credit card. No contracts! Just great service! We look forward to hearing from you!

ScoopTown will clean any areas that have dog waste when you order the service. Back, front, side yards etc. Just make sure to let us know when setting up service!
We’re in the dog business, so we love all dogs. However, for the safety of your dog and our tech, we do ask the dogs be left inside during our service as part of our service agreement. If we haven’t met your dog and see the dog is in the yard, we will contact you before entering. If no contact is made in your service window, we will not be able to provide service that day to protect you and our tech from any misunderstandings and charges will still apply.
We currently try to provide options for clean up days depending on the service area in order to keep our cost to you low. We will work with you to fit your schedule.
Pet safety is a top priority for us at ScoopTown. We ensure dogs are safe by sanitizing our shoes and equipment between each yard with Kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spreading of germs. Field techs will also take a gate photo for you so you know your pups wont get out.
Yes! ScoopTown provides dog waste removal services year-round. As long as weather permits, we will be there even in the winter.
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. Each location is slightly different. We will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their home.
